As I didnīt get those patterns at first, I looked at some videos on youtube, and tried a half rams horn. Sadly, the video was for advanced weavers and I didnīt get the s / z thing, so it looked crappy
But after I figured that out, it went really well
Now I started using your "Taxor" pattern, it looks really good! (Itīs yellow for your red part and pink for your yellow one. I donīt really like pink, but I didnīt have any other color at hand... I SOO need to buy some yarn...)
A little tip for all of you (Iīm sure you allready know that, but maybe its usefull for someone else):
If you keep turning the side cards just in one direction (me: always foreward) you get a nice side. As soon as the threads are too twisted, you just flip the side cards (to turn s into z or the other way round), so they will un-twist.
And because I was to lazy to turn side cards and pattern cards in different directions after every reverse, I just decided to just turn foreward. Looks the same as before, just the stripes get shorter
Only problem is, when I finally have to turn, the yellow stripe (my pink one) either gets 3 or just 1 lenght, not 2 as the others, but thatīs not too bad.
But yes, itīs just a minor mistake, and sometimes these inconsintenicies make it all the special
